At the end of a gravel road sits the second of two Posey's restaurants in a little village. Great outdoor seating and good portions specializing in seaffod from the area.
Editor's Review - Panacea is a small town with two or three seafood "dives" that represent local oyster production well. This waterfront offering has an expansive view of the bay and the barrier islands.
